In her second time running the event, American Shalane Flanagan has won the women's 2017 New York City Marathon with an unofficial time of 2:26:53. She is the first American woman to win since Miki Gorman won in 1977. Her victory prevented Kenyan Mary Keitany from winning for a 4rth consecutive time. Congratulations!
